Veteran and Granted Characters

Ordinary chargen offers the public starting routes. Hybrid identities and other veteran
concepts require an explicit account grant or staff approval because they begin with
additional history, permissions, or starting capabilities. A grant unlocks chargen access;
it does not waive consent rules or provide automatic rank. Use requeststaff with the
concept you want to discuss. See help hybrid for hybrid boundaries.
